Marc’s real estate practice includes representing a range of commercial and residential developers in land use, zoning, and permitting matters. This includes proceedings before the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the Zoning Board of Appeal, the Boston Zoning Commission, various Landmark District Commissions and various other city and state agencies.

The former home of the Boston Herald will become four new buildings with 475 apartments, a flagship Whole Foods grocery store, and street level retail. The 550,000 square foot development is scheduled to begin construction in March 2013.
Eleven West Broadway, South Boston
Eleven West Broadway, perched on the intersection of West Broadway & Dorchester Ave., houses 50 apartments and over 8,000 sq ft of retail space, including a recently opened Starbucks. The 19,000 sq ft site also has an underground garage with 26 parking spaces and is located next door to the MBTA’s Broadway Station.
New Hope Baptist Church, South End
The New Hope Baptist Church will be redeveloped into 4 unique condominium units, including one penthouse unit featuring a transparent roof, indoor courtyard, and a theater. The 14,847 sq ft development will maintain the historical character of the church, including the original window openings, brickwork, and roof trusses.
