On December 5, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Boston Redevelopment Authority approved a Notice of Project Change for Ink Block which provides for converting building no. 4 from rental to condominium. The new condo building, known as “Sepia”, will contain 83 units and be located at the corner of Harrison Avenue and Traveler Street in the South End.
